With this project, I hope to provide a good server package for the RunUO 1.0.0 Community that is based around the Pre: UOR Ruleset. There is usually confusion as to when exactly Pre: UOR is (1997, 1998, 1999). So, We will be using the time period around November 1999 and December 1999. Also, there will be a few "Custom Rulesets" that people will be able to use that will blend the good pre: uor with some aspects of UOR.
